Damaged Items

  • If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 7 business days of receiving your order.
  • To report a damaged item, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the damaged item.
  • We will review your request and, if approved, will send a replacement for the damaged item at no additional cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
  • Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
