Yes, we offer free international shipping on orders over AED 500.

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at [email protected]. Once confirmed, send back the items within 7 days for UAE orders and 30 days for international orders from the fulfillment date.

Items must be in their original condition, without signs of wear or damage, and in all original packaging.

Non-returnable items include earrings (for hygienic reasons), gift cards, and products from the “sale” section.
